Terms of Service

By accessing or using SigSagT ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and organisations that access or use the Service.

SigSagT is a B2B SaaS platform that allows organisations to create, manage, and deploy email signatures across their team. The Service includes a signature editor, template library, asset management, team administration, and integrations with email clients including Gmail.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all users you invite to your organisation account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited communications, or misleading information.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.

• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added where required by law.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' written notice.

SigSagT and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, content, designs, and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create within the Service, including logos, images, and signature designs. By uploading content, you grant SigSagT a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable.

We aim to provide a reliable and available service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SigSagT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice if you breach these Terms or if required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We will retain your data for a period of 30 days following termination, after which it may be deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
